This piece was a challenging piece to make. Earlier in the class, we made a 'synthetic talisman' in Autodesk 360 fusion. While that was certainly a challenge for me since this class was my first experience with 3D modeling. After learning how to 3D print my object, I was left with a 'synthetic talisman.' We combined 4 talismans into one big one. This mega talisman turned out to be a bunny, rubber ducky, headphones, and an amulet.
Next, we were challenged with showing the power of our talisman. This was especially challenging for me. This piece is made out of plaster, paint, glue, and bamboo skewers. To top it off I added my Synthetic talisman. I had never worked with plaster before so the prospect was very challenging. Nevertheless, I stuck with it for more than 50 hours and made what you see here. The powers of my synthetic talisman are making the world around it cartoony.
